As a SATSA-bonded tour operator (Member No. 2365), Compass Odyssey undergoes annual audits, is appropriately insured, and meets all legal registration requirements. This also means that your payments to us are financially protected by the SATSA Bond in the unlikely event of Compass Odyssey ceasing operations.
The SATSA Bond, administered by Guardrisk Insurance Company Limited, provides peace of mind by covering losses incurred by customers due to involuntary liquidation.

This insurance does not include personal travel insurance. It is essential that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
